For 60 years, we’ve worked on some of the UK’s most distinctive buildings – helping balance heritage, performance and sustainability. Now we’re looking for someone to bring those stories to life.

This isn’t a purely desk-based role. While you’ll be based at our office in St Albans, you’ll also spend time on site, in the factory and alongside project teams – capturing real projects, conversations and finished results as they happen.

You’ll then shape these into content that reflects the same level of care, quality and attention to detail as the installations and landmark buildings we work on.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the content calendar across campaigns, case studies and thought leadership
  • Creating standout content – from writing and design to photography and short‑form video
  • Leading content creation end-to-end – producing in-house where appropriate and engaging external specialists for more complex outputs
  • Driving content distribution across web, email and social channels
  • Turning technical detail into compelling, accessible B2B content
  • Working closely with product design, technical sales and project delivery teams to uncover great stories
  • Maintaining a consistent, premium brand across all channels

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a hands-on content creator who takes pride in accuracy, quality and presentation
  • Has a sharp eye for premium design, photography and detail
  • Is equally confident behind the camera (smartphone) and the keyboard
  • Can communicate in a clear and compelling way
  • Has a natural curiosity and an ability to tease out insights from technical colleagues
  • Understands what resonates with a professional B2B audience
  • Has experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Is confident in planning and optimising content for different formats and channels
  • Is confident using CRM systems, CMS platforms, Canva (or equivalent), Dotdigital (or similar) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, MS 365
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Collaborates well and contributes positively within a team environment
