DevSecOps Engineer – NZ

SecuritEase is advancing our “Security First” initiative across the group, embedding a “Security by Design” culture in everything we build.

We’re looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to lead secure development and deployment practices across our platforms. You’ll design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, embed security in code and infrastructure, and ensure robust monitoring and audit processes.

What you’ll do:

Design, build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container & secret scanning).

Embed security into cloud and infrastructure (IaC, hardening, reviews).

Automate monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.

Support audits and remediation activities across multiple teams.

About you:

You’re a proactive engineer who thrives in distributed teams and champions secure-by-design thinking. You bring strong experience as a developer and have a passion to ensure code is secure, having gained experience in DevSecOps tooling and cloud security. You understand and can navigate the impact to developers of security decisions.
