Our Graduate Programme is designed to develop highly skilled individuals who can make a meaningful contribution to RTC North’s mission of supporting businesses. The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of our key sectors, equipping graduates with the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify, support and help businesses grow across these areas.

Programme Structure

The 12-month programme will start with an introduction to RTC North’s operations and values, where graduates will gain hands-on experience through project support activities, including shadowing senior colleagues and contributing to various initiatives. This will be followed by rotations focused on specific contracts, where graduates will support advisors in identifying eligible clients, preparing grant applications, and monitoring project progress. The final rotation will allow graduates to specialise in an area of their interest, culminating in an independent project to showcase their acquired skills and knowledge.
