RPM Technik is a leading Porsche sales and servicing specialist, providing high-quality parts, servicing, upgrades and restorations. We have a highly motivated team and are passionate about delivering excellence. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Retail Parts Executive to operate in this newly formed department.

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Parts Executive who will specialise in retailing parts and administrating our retail parts shop and eBay store. In addition, the role will provide support to our internal parts department and service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, automotive knowledge, and experience with online selling platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the complete process for direct retail parts and upgrades sales
  • Managing and maintaining RPM Technik’s online shop, eBay store and other portals such as Race Cars Direct and Collecting Cars
  • Creating accurate and engaging listings (descriptions, pricing, photos)
  • Handling client enquiries and messages professionally, always ensuring excellent client service
  • Processing orders, packaging, and arranging UK and International shipments
  • Monitoring stock levels and updating listings accordingly
  • Working closely with the service and parts teams
  • Managing tyre procurement, storage, sales and working closely with the service team to support this function on their active jobs
  • Sourcing and pricing Porsche parts when required
  • Operating a retail parts counter at RPM Technik premises.
  • Cataloguing of our extensive used parts collection and preparing items for sale
  • Report to, and work closely with, the Technical Director to deliver departmental objectives and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with eBay or online marketplace sales
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts (Porsche knowledge preferred but not essential)
  • Confident using computers and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Desirable:

  • Experience in automotive parts sales
  • Photography skills for product listings
  • Commercially minded
  • Understanding of shipping logistics
