High Ropes Instructors (18+)

Seasonal, Part Time

ROARR! in Lenwade, Norfolk is the UK’s largest Dinosaur themed adventure Park.

We are looking for a confident, outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to work as High Ropes Instructors.

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring that our high ropes course is well presented, in good working order and operated safely whilst ensuring an exciting and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

You must be a confident individual who enjoys engaging with guests and can deliver excellent customer service, with the ability to cope and work well under pressure. You must also be comfortable working outside and able to work at height.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and supervise high rope course elements, ensuring all safety procedures are strictly followed
  • Brief participants on equipment use, course rules, and emergency protocols
  • Monitor participants throughout the experience, providing guidance and intervention when necessary
  • Conduct routine safety inspections of ropes, harnesses, platforms, and associated equipment
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Maintain a high-energy, engaging atmosphere while prioritizing participant safety
  • Assist with setup, maintenance, and pack-down of course elements

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in outdoor or adventure environments
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at height
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

Applicants must be over 18, will be required to complete a DBS check and be able to work weekends, school holidays and Bank Holidays.
