ROARR! and PrimEvil are looking for a confident, creative thinker to help elevate our digital content. This is your chance to enhance what we already do — keeping everything on-brand while bringing fresh ideas, improving engagement, driving ticket sales and exploring new ways to connect with our audiences.
5 month fixed term contract – part time 3-4 days per week- 24 hours per week (Salary pro rata)
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and enhancing the digital presence of ROARR! and PrimEvil. This includes developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, maintaining digital listings, creating email content, updating websites and analysing performance metrics. The role requires a digitally savvy, proactive, and organised individual who can support the marketing department with a variety of tasks and provide weekend/event cover when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy for both ROARR! and PrimEvil, using both Meta Business Suite and organic content.
- Maintain an up-to-date content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posts across social platforms, website and email.
- Utilise the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) to create engaging design assets for social media when required.
- Manage relationships with influencers, third parties, external partners and contractors, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
- Build and maintain collaborations with regional businesses to establish social media competitions and community engagement.
- Regularly share events and updates about ROARR! and PrimEvil in online social groups to maximise visibility.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography for use on social media platforms.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and updates.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and develop content strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Import and export data from various digital platforms on a weekly/monthly basis to keep the email database current and in line with current GDPR practices.
- Manage digital listings to ensure all content is relevant, accurate, and up to date.
- Assist the marketing department with creative and digital tasks, including email campaigns, website and app updates.
- Provide marketing support during weekends and events as needed.
- Contribute to wider company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Act as a brand custodian by maintaining the brand and TOV in all marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc or similar ie Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating social media content, using scheduling tools and managing content calendars.
- Competence in photography, videography, and editing for social media.
- Strong analytical skills and experience and confident with analytics and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external partners, supplier’s, influencers and internal teams.
- Digital awareness and understanding of current social media trends.
- Experience working within a CMS ie Wordpress
- Previous experience of email marketing using Mailchimp, Malerlite etc
- Proactive mindset with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
