The Opportunity

We’ll give you full training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. You’ll work with clients, create legal documents, and deliver a life-changing service, all while building your future in the legal sector.
Please note: our bespoke Training Academy begins on 25 May 2026 in our Head Office in Derby, and all new starters will join on this date.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding their needs, and guiding them through important decisions.
You will:
• Speak with clients daily, building genuine relationships and guiding them with clarity and confidence
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, from first conversation to completed service
• Explain our products and services in a simple, friendly, relatable way
• Attend client appointments and help ensure their documents are completed correctly
• Work towards achievable targets that reward the effort you put in
• Be part of a supportive, high energy team that celebrates every win
• Get hands-on training to help you grow quickly and confidently

• A UK driver’s licence holder with access to your own car
