The Opportunity

Right Legal Group (also trading as Simpson Solicitors) is a well-established Law firm, regulated by the SRA that specialises in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. We have built a network across the country which works together on a mission to change the way people think about making a Will and preserve not only our clients’ financial assets but their emotional assets too, for future generations. We are here to protect memories, not just financial assets.

As a Legal Advisor, you will provide expert legal guidance on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, ensuring clients receive a tailored and professional service. You will manage a personal caseload from instruction to completion, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high service standards. This role requires strong communication skills, a meticulous approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to business performance, and upholding the values of Right Legal Group. In-house training and an accredited diploma are provided, supporting your professional development within the role.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide expert legal advice on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, supporting clients with tailored guidance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and understanding throughout the RightWill process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold company values and deliver outstanding service.
  • Regularly communicate and engage with the team to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration within the department.

Legal & Compliance

  • High-quality legal work with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring documents are accurate and compliant.
  • Timely completion of cases, meeting both client expectations and internal deadlines.
  • Strict adherence to SRA regulations and company policies, maintaining professional integrity.
  • Effective use of the case management system to support efficient matter progression.

Client Experience

  • Conduct client appointments to provide expert legal advice tailored to individual needs.
  • Organise and attend signing meetings to ensure the correct execution of legal documents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle client complaints professionally, resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
  • Encourage feedback collection through client review sites to enhance service quality.

Performance

  • Manage a large caseload, working towards financial targets set by the business.
  • Track and report appointment outcomes accurately using the CRM system.
  • Deliver the conversion and commercial key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Actively participate in local marketing efforts, including meetings with community organisations.
