Fine Print

Salary: €33,000 per annum, €3,800 annual performance bonus, paid quarterly (€950 per quarter), plus €500 per month car allowance

Territory: County Dublin, County Meath, County Kildare and County Wicklow 

Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm 

Additional Requirements: Occasional weekend working may be required to support events and business activities.

🌟 About the role:

As a National Activity Manager, you’ll drive sales, product advocacy and engagement for Epson across leading technology retailers in your territory. You’ll build strong retail partnerships, deliver impactful training and demonstrations, and identify opportunities to grow sales and brand presence.

This varied field-based role combines relationship management, coaching, sales support and digital engagement. If you enjoy working independently, building strong relationships and inspiring others through great training and engagement, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders across your territory.
  • Deliver engaging training, coaching and product demonstrations that increase Epson advocacy and sales.
  • Support events, conferences and in-store activations.
  • Use digital channels and virtual engagement tools to educate and influence retail teams.
  • Identify local sales opportunities and drive commercial growth.
  • Ensure merchandising, compliance and POS standards are maintained.
  • Track performance, manage your schedule and deliver against KPIs.
  • Support merchandising, compliance audits, mystery shopping and promotional activity as required.
  • Ensure Epson products, displays and point of sale materials are maintained to agreed standards.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a field-based sales, training, brand advocacy or retail role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering training, product demonstrations or coaching.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Experience within technology, consumer electronics, retail training, field sales, field marketing or brand advocacy would be advantageous.
