The Fine Print:
Pay: £40,000 – £45,000
Contract: Permanent, Full- time, 37.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday – 8.5 hour days including 1 hour unpaid lunch.

🌟 About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Key Account Coordinator to support the delivery of SumUp’s UK&I retail strategy. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly—while still having a real impact on commercial performance.
You’ll sit at the heart of the team, coordinating activity across multiple retail partners, supporting account growth, and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly both in-store and online.
💼 What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Business Development Manager across key retail accounts and account plans
- Managing and growing relationships with “B” retailers to drive sales performance
- Coordinating retail campaigns, projects, and marketing activity across multiple workstreams
- Keeping timelines, trackers and operational plans up to date and on track
- Working closely with internal teams, field teams and external partners to deliver activity smoothly
- Supporting the execution of joint business plans at store level
- Identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns and improve ROI
- Owning reporting, dashboards and account trackers to ensure data accuracy
- Supporting forecasting, performance tracking and analysis
- Managing key admin processes including POs, invoices, commissions and compliance
🧠 What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in an operations, coordination, admin or account support role
- Experience supporting accounts or projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and reporting (advanced Excel is a bonus)
- A process-driven mindset, comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, supportive approach
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working behind the scenes to deliver results
