🌟 About the role:

We’re looking for a Brand Designer who combines creative excellence with strong project ownership.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can confidently design, present and deliver creative work while managing multiple projects and stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for translating brand strategy into practical, scalable creative solutions across both digital and print channels.

You’ll play a key role in developing toolkits, guidelines and campaign assets that can be used consistently across markets and teams.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and creating brand assets across digital and print channels.
  • Developing scalable design toolkits, playbooks and campaign guidance.
  • Creating production-ready creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Translating brand guidelines into practical applications across multiple touchpoints.
  • Reviewing and refining creative work produced by junior team members.
  • Collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Presenting creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Managing projects from concept through to final delivery.
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews on creative assets.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Working across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and related design platforms.

  • Strong graphic and brand design experience.

  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Strong Figma capability.
  • Experience developing brand systems, guidelines or toolkits.
  • Strong creative judgement and attention to detail.
  • Experience presenting work to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering production-ready creative assets.

We’d Also Love To See

  • Experience with campaign creative and marketing communications.
  • Exposure to motion design or art direction.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Knowledge of retail, shopper marketing, e-commerce or commercial campaigns.
