Job title: Occupational Health Advisor

Job type: Remote

Contract type: Self-employed – £60 per hour / per assessment

Hours per week: Part time (6-8 hours per week, over 1 or 2 days)

The role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor who can join Response Occupational Health and make a difference to our clients by undertaking remote management referrals and producing work-focused reports to support both employees and referring organisations.

The successful candidate will join a supportive multidisciplinary team comprising Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, Occupational Health Physiotherapists and an Occupational Health Physician.

They will also benefit from support from our full-time administration team and clinical guidance from the Occupational Health Manager.

You will be dedicated and a committed healthcare professional who is able to work independently but also within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients supporting employee health wellbeing.

Required:

Registered General Nurse with previous experience in an Occupational Health Advisor role.

2 years+ in an occupational health setting, experience in OH service delivery including health service delivery and case management is essential.

Support to health surveillance and pre-employment screen as required would be beneficial.

Diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable but not essential.

Excellent report writing skills.
