About Us:

We are a growing energy brokerage supporting UK businesses with their gas, electric and water 9utilities) procurement. Working across a panel of suppliers, we help clients secure contracts and manage their energy needs effectively.

The Role:

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our sales team as a Energy Sales Executive within our high-activity, outbound role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a high-volume, high-reward role ideal for someone experienced in cold calling and closing B2B deals.

You Will Be Responsible for:

  • Speaking to UK business decision makers via outbound cold calling
  • Identifying decision-makers and starting conversations around qualification of opportunity
  • Things you will discuss (supplier, contract position, renewal window)
  • Securing key information such as energy bills/data
  • Passing qualified opportunities through to the pricing team to negotiate and close fixed term energy contracts
  • Present energy procurement solutions across our panel of UK suppliers

This is a target-driven, phone based role where consistency and resilience are critical.

What We Are Looking for:

  • Experienced in outbound B2B/Energy Brokerage/TPI sales or call centre environments
  • Comfortable handling rejection and objection handling daily
  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work in a structured, performance-led environment.

Energy or brokerage experience is beneficial/highly desirable and full training is provided
