Job Overview:

We are seeking a strong Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury hospitality industry with a strong focus on the guest experience, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive the team towards success and build a supportive team culture.

You will be expected to meet guests requirements, collaborate with kitchen, to support and develop waiters on and off the floor, and maintain the high standards within the warm atmosphere we have created.

This is a front-facing position, leading from the front and on the floor, where you will be responsible for providing a first-class hospitality experience to our members and their guests, with a warm and friendly approach.

Responsibilities:

– Lead and train the team of restaurant staff, including waiters and baristas

– Work with the Head Chef and GM in creating monthly specials for the menu

– To manage table bookings and orders during peak times.

– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

– Implement and maintain food safety regulations and hygiene practices

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

– Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures

– Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment

Characteristics:

– To have a natural preference for busy environments and enjoy working with children.

– Exceptional communication skills. English plus a second language

– Desirable skills, outgoing, a people’s person

– Strong Attention to detail

– Enjoy being on the floor, front and center

Experience:

2+ years of hospitality experience

1+ year of supervising experience
