Are you passionate about play and swimming? This hybrid role combines the fun of a swim teacher with Play Ambassador– we call it an Aqua Buddy.

As an Aqua Buddy, you’ll be delivering swimming lessons for ages 4 months – 12 years, alongside the swim development team. You’ll receive in-house coaching and ongoing support from our swim development team to ensure every lesson reflects the playful, child-led philosophy at the heart of our club, while still delivering structured, progressive, swim-focused learning.

As a Play Ambassador, you’ll lead exciting land-based activities including art, music, cooking, and general play. No need to be a professional chef, artist, or musician. It’s all about the fun of the process, not the result!
