Practice Administration Manager
One Ashford Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group, have an exciting ippirtunity for a dedicated and experienced administration leader to take on the role of Practice Administration Manager, supporting our teams and enhancing the patient experience.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the effective management of our Front of House, Reservations, Medical Records, Private Practice and NHS Administration teams. You will play an important part in ensuring our patients receive a seamless, efficient and outstanding experience through their journey with us.
Working closely with the Hospital Director, consultants, clinical teams and wider hospital colleagues, you will lead and support service improvements, drive operational excellence and develop a positive, engaged and high-performing administration team.
About the role.
As Practice Administration Manager you will:
- Lead, motivate and develop patient
administration teams, creating a supportive and collaborative working
environment.
- Oversee the delivery of efficient, patient-focused administrative services across the hospital.
- Review processes and implement improvements to enhance quality, performance and patient experience.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, colleagues, patients and external stakeholders.
- Support the smooth delivery of both private and NHS patient pathways.
- Promote high standards of service, accuracy and professionalism across all areas of patient administration.
About you
We are looking for an experienced healthcare administration leader who is passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting teams to succeed.
You will bring strong leadership and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work effectively in a busy healthcare environment.
Experience within private healthcare, NHS administration processes, ERS and RTT pathways would be advantageous.
