Patient Engagement Manager

Phoenix Hospital Group is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Patient Engagement Manager to lead our Patient Engagement Team and drive the continued growth of our Preventative Health services across London and the wider groups.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader with a proven background in healthcare or private medical sales, business development and team management. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in increasing revenue, developing corporate partnerships and leading high-performing teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

This is not solely a sales role. We are looking for a confident people leader who can motivate, coach and develop teams, create a high-performance culture and ensure every patient receives an outstanding service from their first enquiry through to appointment.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and developing the Preventative Health and Appointments teams to achieve outstanding commercial and service outcomes.
  • Delivering ambitious revenue and sales targets across Preventative Health services.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for both individual patients and corporate clients.
  • Building long-term partnerships with organisations, referrers and key stakeholders.
  • Driving enquiry conversion and continually improving the patient journey.
  • Managing and optimising the CRM system to maximise lead conversion and sales performance.
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing to develop commercially focused campaigns and new preventative health offerings.
  • Using data, reporting and performance insights to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A proven track record of successfully leading, managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience achieving and exceeding significant revenue and sales targets.
  • Experience within healthcare, preventative health, private medical sales or a comparable commercial environment.
  • Strong corporate business development experience with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience managing and optimising CRM systems to improve conversion and performance.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercially driven, data-led mindset with the ability to inspire others and deliver results.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent healthcare providers in a role where your leadership and commercial expertise will directly influence business growth, patient satisfaction and service innovation.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, develop your team, build meaningful partnerships and make a measurable impact across the organisation.

If you’re an inspiring leader with a passion for commercial success and exceptional patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
