Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Despatch Operative to join our manufacturing team in Haverfordwest. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate despatch of products, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our operations, helping to maintain our high standards in production and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package products for despatch according to company standards.
• Ensure accurate labelling and documentation for all outgoing shipments.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

• No formal qualifications required; however, GCSEs in English and Mathematics are advantageous.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
