Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Assistant)
Location: Southampton.
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours Per Week: 19 hours (Week 1 Thursday 9.30-16.30 Friday 9.30-16.30
Saturday 10-16 Sunday 10-16 and Week 2 Thursday 9.30-16.30 Friday 9.30-16.30)

About the role
This person you will be supporting, a 26-year-old male with a diagnosis of Autism.
Jude lives with his family in Southampton, and he is supported on a 2 to 1 support ratio.
He has an infectious smile, and he is a very sociable and bubbly person.
Jude enjoys being around people and developing positive relationships with his team members.
He communicates using key words, picture exchange and Makaton.
Jude is very active and he will do 2-3 outside activities daily, including interacting with animals, feeding ducks and swans or going to farms and feeding the horses.
He will go and have lunch out several times a week in different local pubs and will also go on multiple walks in parks and beaches.
Jude enjoys archery, wall climbing, going on boat trips, and when inside loves to watch YouTube on his laptop and iPad.
