Male Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Practitioner)
Location: Sherborne, Dorset
Hourly Rate: £15.69
Hours Per Week: Full time, Days & Nights available
Hours of work: 8.00 am to 20.00 pm or 20.00 pm to 08.00 am – to include working alternate weekends.

About the Role
The person you will be supporting, is a 33-year-old male with a diagnosis of Autism, a Mild Learning Disability, Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Disorder
Adam lives in his own home in Sherborne, and he is supported on a 2 to 1 support ratio.
He is very independent with his personal care and support may only be required at a prompting level, to remind him to dress weather appropriate or according to the occasion.
Adam requires full support with medication and encouraged and supported to complete daily household tasks in a fun and positive way.
He really enjoys listening to music and playing the drums.
Adam Loves to go swimming and spend time walking with his friends and family.
He has a real interest in Ships, visiting the museums and going to theme parks with his team, and is looking for team members who are engaging and enjoy the same interest and activities .
Adam is looking for outgoing, positive, passionate team members that can support him to maintain meaningful relationships with his friends and family, whilst maintaining clear boundaries .
