About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors, based at our head office in Anfield.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and support business growth. You’ll manage digital and traditional marketing channels, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
This role requires initiative, creativity, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with directors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Recent graduates with relevant experience or strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Person Specification & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ideally 1-2 years in a marketing role, but strong portfolios or relevant internships will also be considered.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Adobe CC.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the firm’s presence across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Threads).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging static and video content tailored to each platform using Hootsuite.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for social media and digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimise the firm’s Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate information, posting updates, and responding to reviews.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of blogs, articles, and newsletters.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the firm’s website content.
- Help ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Monitor the firm’s Live Chat and escalate queries where necessary.
- Stay informed about relevant legal marketing regulations and SRA advertising rules.
- Assist with the organisation of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Support business development initiatives and networking efforts as required.
- Undertake training and development relevant to the role.
- Ensure confidentiality of all firm and client information at all times.
- Carry out any other marketing-related duties as directed by the Head of Marketing or Directors.
