Salary: £30,822.75 – £39,042.15 per annum (depending on experience)

We are now seeking a proactive and experienced Case Co-Ordination Officer to cover a period of maternity leave within the team. The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
To coordinate and support the effective delivery of Oakdale’s Psychological Therapies Service, with a focus on case management, practitioner induction, governance processes and safeguarding standards. This role would suit an organised and capable professional with experience in case management and service coordination, who shares Oakdale’s values and is keen to join a successful, dynamic service within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
Key Duties:
- Through monthly case management, ensure the casework of associate (consultancy) practitioners adheres to Oakdale policies, safeguarding procedures and legal standards, maintaining accurate, timely and confidential case records and reports.
- Support induction processes for associates with consultancy agreements, ensuring they are confident in local processes and systems.
- Act as an initial point of contact for franchisees, supporting their induction, providing guidance on Acorn, and signposting to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to audit processes as prescribed by the Director of Psychological Therapies and the Governance team, including those required for Ofsted registration.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to associates to ensure adherence to Oakdale’s systems and professional standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate use of case management systems and consistent record-keeping.

- Advanced case management and client engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Good understanding of safeguarding escalation processes, confidentiality and data protection.
- Excellent IT skills and computer literacy, with proficiency in case management systems and Google Workspace.
- Responsible, trustworthy and reliable.
- Keen attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- A collaborative style and team-oriented approach to support the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and understanding of psychotherapy and psychological interventions would be advantageous.
This role is required from July/August 2026.
