Treatment Excellence

  • Targeted Care: Deliver high-quality massage treatments integrated with personalised plans and wellness goals.
  • Client Education: Provide actionable advice on treatment benefits and at-home maintenance to ensure long-term results.
  • Active Management: Maintain detailed client records, provide tailored aftercare, and ensure ethical rebooking practices.
  • Continuous Growth: Engage in training and internal skill-sharing to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Team & Performance

  • Collaboration: Share expertise and use internal cross-referrals to ensure the best client-specialist match.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understand KPIs (rebooking, retail sales, PAV) as measures of client trust and service consistency.
  • Clinic Culture: Support daily operations, maintain a pristine environment, and communicate openly with management regarding performance and well-being.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Treatment Retention: Clients completing their recommended treatment series or maintenance.
  • Rebooking Rate: Maintaining a healthy diary via value-driven follow-up bookings.
  • Retail Performance: Achieving targets for product sales and treatment upgrades.
  • Client Satisfaction: High satisfaction scores and positive 5-star reviews.
  • Diary Efficiency: Proactive management of gaps and high attendance rates.

Minimum beauty qualification requirements:

  • Massage: Competence in Deep Tissue massage and Sport massage.
