Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and queries professionally.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally in a mid-senior role within the social housing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid manual UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
