Description

Summary:

The Revenue Administrator will support the Revenue Manager in managing all aspects of revenue generation and financial processes. This role involves processing revenue-related transactions, ensuring accurate billing, monitoring payments, and assisting with financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of revenue-related activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all revenue transactions.
  • Monitor and reconcile revenue-related accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support for financial reporting, including preparing reports on revenue performance and forecasting.
  • Assist with the implementation of promotional offers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payments and revenue queries.
  • Support the Revenue Manager with financial statements.
  • Support of accommodation staff across the company portfolio.
  • Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to revenue management, including filing and maintaining records.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a revenue, accounts, or finance role (preferably within a student accommodation, property, or hospitality environment).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software or financial systems is advantageous.
