We provide high-quality student accommodation and an exceptional resident experience, driven by strong brand positioning, innovative marketing, and data-led performance strategies.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and support delivery across all areas of marketing.

The Role:

This is a broad, hands-on role ideal for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys working across multiple channels. The Marketing Executive will support campaign delivery, digital marketing, creative production, and agent engagement, playing a key role in driving enquiries and bookings across our portfolio.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Agency to execute marketing plans and strategies that support occupancy, brand growth, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using MailChimp.
  • Experience in building HTML campaigns
  • Segment audiences and manage customer data within MailChimp.
  • Collate, clean, upload, and maintain data lists to ensure GDPR compliance and best practice.
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide reporting insights.
  • Support automated workflows and nurture campaigns.

Social Media

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develop content calendars aligned to marketing campaigns and booking cycles.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and support community management.
  • Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting.
  • Stay ahead of social trends relevant to the student market.

Website

  • Upload and update website content (copy, imagery, blogs, landing pages).
  • Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and optimised for SEO.
  • Support website campaign launches and booking journey optimisation.
  • Monitor performance via Google Analytics and suggest improvements.

Creative & Design

  • Create engaging marketing collateral (digital and print) including brochures, social graphics, email headers, posters, and web banners.
  • Use Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools to produce on-brand assets.
  • Support brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Brief and liaise with external designers or agencies where required.

Campaigns & Strategy Support

  • Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
  • Support property launch campaigns and peak booking season activity.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing plans and strategy sessions.
  • Assist with competitor analysis and market research.

Photoshoots and Property Staging

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing photoshoots.
  • Support with staging of bedrooms, studios, and communal spaces to ensure they are presented in a visually appealing and on-brand way.
  • Work with photographers, videographers and internal teams to prepare properties ahead of scheduled shoots.
  • Source and arrange props and styling items to create welcoming, aspirational student living environments.

Property Marketing

  • Work closely with property teams to ensure each building is marketed effectively during leasing periods.
  • Support marketing for new property launches, refurbishments and promotional campaigns.

Events & Student Engagement

  • Support marketing activity for student events, open days, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials for resident engagement initiatives.
  • Work with site teams to promote local events and community experiences.

Agents & Affiliates

  • Support communication with international agents and affiliate partners.
  • Assist with campaign toolkits, marketing collateral, and updates.
  • Monitor performance of agent and affiliate channels.
  • Help maintain strong working relationships to drive international bookings.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track campaign KPIs across channels.
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Support data-driven optimisation of campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably property, PBSA, hospitality, or B2C).
  • Proven experience using an email platform such as MailChimp, including data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience creating email campaigns from concept to deployment.
  • Strong social media experience, including content creation and performance tracking.
  • Experience using creative software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Willing to travel to sites.

Desirable:

  • Experience in PBSA, student marketing, or property marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and paid digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience working with agents and affiliate platforms.
  • Photography or video editing skills.
  • Experience updating website content via a CMS.
