As a Customer Service Adviser in the Property & Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients.   • Assist clients with property-related queries, including viewings, applications, and tenancy agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and housing regulations to provide informed advice.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the property or housing industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
