Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Storeperson to join our manufacturing team in South Bank, Middlesbrough. The Storeperson will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory and materials, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Organise and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring optimal storage conditions.
• Prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
• Assist in stocktaking and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (training may be provided).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items.
• Forklift Truck Counterbalance Licence
