Description

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in South Bank, Middlesbrough. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be quality and process driven, with a strong attention to detail, and will play a key role in supporting our production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilising hand tools to complete the job
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and write to GCSE C Grade or equivalent
  • Experience in conducting quality checks.
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Quality and process driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Physically fit for manual handling and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret numbers, drawings, and technical documents.
