Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the IT sector. Based in the heart of Edinburgh, this permanent, full-time role is pivotal in driving product strategy and execution, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, enabling them to lead cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and beyond.
  • Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
