Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team in the Property & Housing sector in Greenwich. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting our commitment to providing excellent service to our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management and housing services.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies and resources.

Qualifications

  • A-levels or equivalent qualification; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or housing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
