Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service and that their needs are met promptly
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Train and develop staff members to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the menu, service standards, and company policies
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant’s standards
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant’s performance and profitability

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
