Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Duty Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure that all customer needs are met and that customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met
  • Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
