We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Southampton. This permanent, full-time role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in upholding our standards of cleanliness and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in residential and communal areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required, including window cleaning and carpet shampooing.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning techniques is preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
