We are looking to recruit a professional, experienced and confident Concrete Sales Manager to work out of our brand new Marchwood site.

We are seeking an assertive, confident professional with strong negotiation abilities and proven expertise in pricing and margin analysis within the concrete and aggregates sector. You will take a structured, targeted approach to driving sales growth, developing short , medium and long term plans and providing regular progress updates.

In this role, you will lead account management and sales activities, identifying and managing new concrete and aggregate opportunities across the Southwest and Wales. Focused, customer centric, and target driven, you will work to meet sales objectives by building effective relationships with concrete producers, construction contractors, and infrastructure partners. Self motivated and proactive, you will be confident in managing your own schedule, planning and prioritising your workload to maximise coverage and opportunity.

Strong IT literacy is essential, including solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. You will also have experience producing and analysing a variety of sales reports, such as forecasts, budget comparisons, geographic demand trends, and pricing analysis for marine aggregates. A proven track record of sales growth is required, and experience within the concrete, aggregates, or marine dredged materials sector would be highly advantageous.
