We are now looking to recruit a s Support Executive, based at our Newbridge, Edinburgh location, to play a key role within our Sales function. This position supports the Sales & Plant Operations Director and wider Sales Team, ensuring sales activity is accurately captured, customers receive timely and consistent responses, and commercial performance is clearly reported.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help maintain CRM discipline, produce insightful sales and utilisation reporting, coordinate key account activity, and manage tenders and commercial documentation end-to-end. What Makes You a Good Fit for This Role:
We would love to see the following skills and experience from our candidates:
- Maintaining CRM and sales system hygiene to ensure accurate visibility of pipeline activity, customer data and opportunities.
- Producing regular sales, utilisation and portfolio reports, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
- Supporting the creation, refresh and distribution of Power BI dashboards to provide clear commercial insight.
- Coordinating key account activity, including account plans, portfolio reviews and agreed actions.
- Administering customer rates, pricing updates and SLA documentation, ensuring approvals, system updates and communication are completed accurately.
- Managing tenders, PQQs and supplier questionnaires end-to-end, coordinating inputs across commercial, operations, finance, SHEQ and marketing teams.
- Maintaining tender trackers, audit trails and ensuring submissions meet all internal and customer deadlines.
- Supporting sales and marketing activity through administrative coordination and performance tracking.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Sales Team and ad-hoc commercial analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders.
What Makes You a Good Fit for This Role
We would love to see the following skills and experience from our candidates:
- Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration, bid/tender coordination or account support, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience using CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Power BI), with excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage data, pricing, SLAs and documentation accurately.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Confident written communication and stakeholder coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach to systems, processes and reporting.
