The Role

This is not your average support job, and we are looking for an outstanding technical professional to join our talented global team. Our clients are seasoned security installation professionals who ask challenging technical questions, and they expect real answers. As our Technical Services Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe, you’ll be their go-to technical expert solving complex problems and an ICT product ambassador, becoming a trusted partner to some of the most demanding customers in the industry. Based in Bosnia or Serbia, you’ll work as part of a close-knit global team, supporting customers across CEE through technical queries, hands-on troubleshooting, and training programs that genuinely advance their capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Own and resolve complex technical challenges across ICT’s hardware and software ecosystem
• Build lasting relationships with customers as their go-to technical authority
• Plan and deliver “Train the Trainer” programs that multiply your impact across the region
• Collaborate with the Sales team on technical queries and product demonstrations
• Represent ICT at trade shows and industry events
• Keep customers ahead of the curve with up-to-date product knowledge

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced access control or security systems
• Fluency in English plus a relevant regional language (spoken and written)
• Strong technical instincts across hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and SQL
• A sharp mind for problem-solving and a natural ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
