Deputy Registered Manager – Lead with Purpose, Inspire Excellence

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Deputy Registered Manager to play a key role in the leadership and success of our regulated supported living services. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality person-centred support, and create an environment where both residents and staff can thrive. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by leading and developing a dedicated team of Team Leads, House Leads, and Support Workers, while ensuring our services consistently deliver positive outcomes for the people we support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the effective day-to-day leadership and operational management of our supported living services.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing Team Leads, House Leads, and Support Workers to build high-performing, motivated teams.
- Ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support that promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing.
- Driving service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all areas of the service.
- Managing staff performance effectively, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve both individual and organisational goals.
- Promoting a positive and consistent management approach that encourages accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
- Supporting the achievement of regulatory standards, organisational objectives, and excellent outcomes for residents.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong Health and Social Care Industry Knowledge.
- 3-5+ Multi-site Management years’ experience within supported living or residential care services.
- Strong IT skills for documentation, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Excellent people management, leadership, and communication skills, to foster a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and staff management procedures.
- Proven track record in operations management within the care sector
- Experience contributing to or achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC inspections outcomes.
- Strong understanding of supported living and CQC regulatory frameworks.
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Qualifications & Training
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care Management (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
- Training or Certification in Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), Safeguarding, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Leadership and Management.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend working as required.
