As our Day Centre Manager, you will take the lead in the day-to-day operation of our vibrant New Skill Centre, supporting adults with diverse and multiple disabilities to develop skills, build confidence, and enjoy enriching activities, experiences, and community outings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact while leading a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding person-centred support. You will be responsible for driving excellence across all aspects of the service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where both clients and staff can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing inspirational leadership and management to the centre team.
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred day support, activities, and community-based experiences.
  • Promoting a positive culture that encourages independence, choice, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Supporting, developing, and motivating staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensuring the service meets all regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and best practice standards.
  • Managing health and safety, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes.
