Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization in the hospitality and catering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. The General Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

– Manage day-to-day operations of the business

– Ensure financial performance targets are met or exceeded

– Develop positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

– Prepare reports for executive team and board of directors

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field

– Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role

– Strong financial acumen with budget management experience

– Industry experience preferred but not required
