Business Development Executive – Private Healthcare Clinic (Part-Time)

We’re now looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team—someone who wants to be part of something special and contribute to our continued growth.
The Role
This is a dynamic, outward-facing role focused on building relationships and creating new business opportunities within the local community and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of opportunities by actively engaging with businesses such as corporate organisations, gyms, schools, and other local partners—introducing Ready Health and promoting our services, including corporate healthcare packages and memberships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, networking, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the local area
- Visit businesses and organisations to introduce Ready Health and its services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities and forecast potential revenue
- Understand client needs and communicate these back to management to support bespoke service offerings
- Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities
- Represent the Ready Health brand professionally at all times
- Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and progress
- Support the growth of corporate healthcare services and memberships
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or B2B relationship building
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline and workload
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (or similar systems)
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Professional, driven, and results-focused
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and partners
- DBS check required (can be arranged by us)
Working Hours
- Part-time hours
- Flexible and negotiable start and finish times
