Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health

Ready Health is a growing private healthcare clinic providing fast-access, patient-focused care across GP, diagnostics, women’s health, ADHD, corporate healthcare and specialist services. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in women’s health to join our friendly multidisciplinary team.

This role is particularly suited to a clinician confident supporting female patients across areas such as cervical screening, contraception, menopause and sexual health services, where many patients specifically request a female clinician for comfort and dignity reasons.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:30am – 5:00pm Thursday: 11:00am – 7:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

A weekday can be taken off if desired, resulting in approximately 32–40 hours per week.

The Role

You will be delivering a mixture of:

  • Women’s health consultations
  • Cervical smear tests
  • Contraception advice and reviews
  • Menopause support
  • Experience with coil checks/fittings or implants
  • Sexual health consultations
  • General primary care appointments
  • Health screenings and assessments
  • Minor illness management
  • Clinical documentation and referrals

You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a modern private clinic environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
  • Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner
  • Independent Prescriber qualification
  • Experience within primary care, urgent care or women’s health services
  • Confident performing cervical smear tests
  • Warm, approachable and empathetic manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong clinical decision-making ability
  • Team player who works collaboratively with reception/admin staff
