Stock Control & Quality Coordinator (UK & India)

Henig Diamonds is looking for an organised and operationally strong Inventory Operations & QC Manager to oversee stock operations, inventory governance, shipment flow, and QC coordination across our UK and India operations.

This is a managerial and process-driven role focused on improving workflows, driving operational efficiency, reducing discrepancies, and building scalable operational structure within a fast-growing jewellery business.

You will work closely with Buying, Dispatch, and the India operations team to ensure stock accuracy, shipment compliance, smooth operational flow, and proper inventory control across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stock accuracy and inventory integrity
• Manage stock discrepancies, missing items, and cert control
• Coordinate shipment intake, stock validation, and operational workflow
• Coordinate QC and stock checking operations
• Manage operational priorities, shipment flow, and intake planning
• Improve operational processes and support Zoho implementation
• Monitor operational KPIs and delays
• Help build scalable inventory and operational structure as the business grows

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in jewellery/diamond operations, inventory, stock control, logistics, QC, or operations management
• Previous experience managing workflows or operational teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Team player
• Excel
