📢 Exciting Internal Opportunity – Warehouse Team Leader (E-Commerce Team)

We are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our E-Commerce Team as a Warehouse Team Leader.

Ideal candidates would be full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis, however may consider those contracted to 24 hours and above for the right candidate who can still be flexible to fulfil this role.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the E-Commerce operation and driving a positive, performance-focused team culture.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Lead by example in punctuality, work ethic, attitude, and professional behaviour.
• Motivate, coach, and engage team members to achieve daily targets and consistently maintain high levels of performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, taking responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of staff within your area.
• Support and deliver training, ensuring all staff are competent in the safe and effective use of relevant equipment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, Shift Managers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Assist with operational planning, including task allocation, workflow prioritisation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Promote continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and team performance.
