Role Overview

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining high standards? We’re looking for a dedicated Cleaning Operative to help keep our airport facilities and tenant areas clean, safe, and welcoming.

Reporting to the Cleaning Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all areas are maintained to an exceptional standard. From daily cleaning routines to supporting a safe and secure environment, your work will directly contribute to a positive experience for passengers, staff, and visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Following daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules across airport facilities
• Ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standards
• Responding promptly to any issues or complaints and reporting them appropriately
• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
• Managing stock deliveries and ensuring proper storage
• Completing cleaning logs and reporting faults or maintenance issues
• Disposing of waste responsibly
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service at all times

Safety & Compliance

• Working in line with health, safety, and security procedures
• Promoting a safe working environment and minimising risks
• Supporting investigations where required and handling data responsibly
