We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Campaign Manager to join our in‑house marketing team on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role responsible for managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across multiple brands within the Group. You’ll work across digital, social, events, email and website activity, while also supporting and developing a Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, organised, creative (not afraid to think outside the box), and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Content & Campaign Support.
  • Plan, manage and deliver end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from brief through to execution and reporting.
  • Manage and schedule social media activity across multiple brands, ensuring consistency of tone and messaging.
  • Deliver integrated activity across email, website, events, social and supporting collateral.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs and provide insight and recommendations for optimisation.

CRM, Email and Automation

  • Use the CRM to segment audiences and support targeted campaign delivery.
  • Work with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) to deliver email and campaign activity (HubSpot experience desirable).
  • Maintain good data hygiene and an understanding of GDPR‑compliant marketing.

Website & Digital Projects

  • Support ongoing website activity, including:
  • Managing updates via CMS/back‑end platforms.
  • Project managing website builds or enhancements with external agencies
  • Coordinating content, timelines and approvals.
  • Carry out QA testing to ensure accuracy, functionality and brand standards across digital platforms.

Design & Content

  • Produce or brief basic creative assets using tools such as Canva (or similar).
  • Brief external agencies where required and manage delivery timelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of events, including:
  • Event concept and promotion.
  • Logistics and coordination.
  • On‑the‑day delivery.
  • Post‑event follow‑up and reporting.
  • Manage stakeholders, internal teams and external suppliers involved in events.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Support and help develop the Marketing Executive, providing guidance and day‑to‑day direction.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand objectives and deliver effective campaigns.
  • Manage multiple internal requests while balancing agreed priorities.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong social media management experience.
  • Experience delivering events from start to finish.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working with websites, CMS platforms or managing website builds (hands‑on or via agencies).
  • Confident in QA testing and attention to detail across digital outputs.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot desirable).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to think creatively.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously when required.
  • Collaborative and supportive management style.
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
