Description

As Press Manager at FANE, you will lead all publicity and press activity across our shows, tours and special events. Working closely with Producers, talent representatives, publishers and key stakeholders, you will develop and deliver strategic publicity campaigns that maximise awareness, audience engagement and ticket sales. Using your industry knowledge, established media contacts and creative thinking, you will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns across a diverse portfolio of cultural, literary, entertainment and live event projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute publicity campaigns and press strategies for FANE shows, tours and live events.
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with print, online, broadcast, podcast and digital media contacts.
  • Act as the key point of contact for journalists, broadcasters and media outlets. Liaise with talent, agents, publishers, publicists and management teams to coordinate publicity activity. Organise and manage press schedules, interviews, media appearances and promotional opportunities. Accompany talent to television, radio, podcast and other media engagements where required. Host and manage press nights, premieres and media events, ensuring an exceptional experience for attending press. Write compelling press releases, media pitches, presentations and campaign reports. Monitor media coverage, industry trends and emerging opportunities to maximise campaign success. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines
