WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Solar Consultant to join our growing  

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Solar Consultant who knows how to close. 

This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be provided with a full diary of pre-qualified, inbound appointments generated by our marketing team giving you the opportunity to focus purely on what you do best: selling. 

If you’re an experienced solar salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to maximise earnings with strong commission potential, this role is built for you. 

You’ll need to be confident in handling 6 – 8 consultations per day, designing tailored solar solutions, and consistently converting opportunities into sales. 

KEY RESPONSBILITIES 

  • Attend 6–8 pre-booked virtual or phone consultations per day with prospective customers  
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide tailored solar solutions  
  • Design accurate solar PV systems using EasyPV 
  • Prepare and present professional proposals to customers  
  • Confidently handle objections and close sales to meet and exceed targets  
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions  
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity  
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, products, and regulatory changes  
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial consultation through to sale 

 

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

  • Minimum 2+ years’ solar PV sales experience  
  • Proven closer with a strong track record of hitting targets  
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment  
  • Experience designing solar systems and sending proposals  
  • EasyPV experience (preferred but not essential)  
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills  
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven  
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
