HV Project Manager

Market leaders in the high voltage (HV) sector, who are successfully operating across several sectors, both in the UK and overseas, requires an HV Project Manager with a background leading 11kV connection schemes. These projects will be located across London and the Home Counties.

The New Connections Project Manager will be responsible for running 11kV schemes from planning through to construction, delivery and final handover. Driving projects to successful completion, on time, within budget, in line with client requirements and health and safety legislation is key in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of 11kV connection projects
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements
• Create project plans, schedules and budgets
• Lead project teams working on site
• Oversee project performance and progress
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety requirements
• Carry out site visits and inspections to ensure production of high quality work in line with specifications
• Put together reports for clients and senior management

Requirements:

• Experience as an HV Project Manager for 11kV schemes, with either a DNO or ICP
• Strong communication and leadership skills
