– Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques

Responsibilities:

– Greeting customers and taking their orders

– Preparing and serving coffee beverages according to company standards

– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe area

– Handling cash transactions and using POS system accurately

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required

– Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff members
